• 2010 saw a transfer of the companies interests from GLOBTEC-Investment LLC to GLOBTEC Capital Inc. GLOBTEC Capital Inc. disposes of a capital stock of 100 mio USD. The direction of GLOBTEC-Investment LLC was newly defined as an investment company for industrial companies with headquarters in Western Europe.
